It&#8217;s a great concept. Because the knife rocks back and forth, the food doesn&#8217;t move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I used it a few times, but I wasn&#8217;t so happy with the pressure. It worked, but nothing exciting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then I discovered the Kitchenaid rocker knife. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oh, it&#8217;s not just for handicapped? I bought two, and they&#8217;re so much fun to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chicken cutlets, pizza, French toast.
